Sarah Beadsmoore is a handloom weaver based in Cirencester. She mostly makes silk scarves with yarn that she has dyed herself. Sarah is a member of The Gloucestershire Guild of Craftsmen and has exhibited widely.

Rebecca Connolly designs woven textiles and weaves by hand on vintage looms from her studio near Cirencester. She works to commission using British wool and natural dyes, creating unique items or designs for production. She teaches weaving and natural dyeing.

Bailey Curtis is a textile artist who has been felt making for 36 years. Before that she trained as a weaver at Bradford College of Art & Technology, where Sidney Harry opened her eyes to colour. Curtis dyes all her own wool from the fleece, carding it, and laying the carded wool down to make felt. Anne Drew runs a small business ‘Cymbal Knits’, making socks on her Cymbal Sock Knitting Machine which was manufactured in the 1920s. Anne also ‘hand cranks’ arm-warmers, mittens, and hotwater bottle covers. You can purchase Anne’s socks on her website www.socksbycymbal.co.uk or at the Stroud Farmer’s Market on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month.
