Recalling the Wool & Water Festival from September 2019

A celebration of art, craft and heritage. Stroudwater Textile Trust and the Cotswolds Canal Trust have come together with the Museum in the Park and other organisations to celebrate the area’s long history of wool and waterways.The Wool & Water Festival includes a wide variety of exhibitions, events and activities.

Material Flow - Museum in the Park

Considering Stroud’s woollen cloth industry and the worlds within Curator: Patricia Brien. Artists throughput the UK are invited to create work responding to articles that demonstrate our rich textile heritage.
